Effective Date: April 17, 2026
Strata Capital Partners Inc. ("Strata Capital," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our website at www.stratacap.ca (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
When you submit a form on our Site (such as a contact or inquiry form), we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, country, and the content of your message. Providing this information is voluntary.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects standard web server log data when you visit the Site. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This data is collected for security and operational purposes and is not used for marketing or profiling.
Local Storage
We store your theme preference (light or dark mode) in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
2. Cookies
We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking purposes. The Site does not set any first-party or third-party cookies for visitors. Administrative sessions for internal content management use secure, HTTP-only session cookies that are not accessible to or relevant for public visitors.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To respond to your inquiries — Information submitted through forms is used to communicate with you about your request.
To operate and maintain the Site — Server logs are used to ensure the security, availability, and performance of the Site.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party service providers to operate the Site:

MongoDB Atlas (USA) — Database hosting for site content and form submissions. MongoDB's privacy policy is available at https://www.mongodb.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Your form submissions are stored in our database hosted on MongoDB Atlas. Media files (images and documents) are stored on Vercel Blob Storage.
Because these services operate in the United States, your information may be processed and stored outside of Canada. These providers maintain industry-standard security practices, but by using the Site and submitting information to us, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside of Canada.
5. Third-Party Links

6. Data Retention
We retain form submissions for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, or as required by applicable law.
